A modern fairy tale in which the long-standing peace between men and giants is threatened, as a young farmer (Hoult) leads an expedition into the giants' kingdom in hopes of rescuing a kidnapped princess.
Jack the Giant Killer Slayer is directed by filmmaker Bryan Singer, of Public Access, The Usual Suspects, Apt Pupil, X-Men, X2, Superman Returns and Valkyrie previously. The script is by Darren Lemke (Shrek Forever After), Christopher McQuarrie (Usual Suspects, Valkyrie) and Dan Studney (Reefer Madness: The Musical). Warner Bros has pushed Jack the Giant Slayer back until March 1st, 2013 next spring
