Legacy brand Ray-Ban unveils fresh interpretations of its iconic Wayfarer model for Spring 2013. Though frequently mimicked, it’s hard to completely simulate the fullness of the nose bridge or the perfect slant of the frames – revered elements of fit that have made the Wayfarer so successful. This collection finds the Wayfarer executed in several beach-ready editions that wittily combine an array of motifs. Highlights include the “Surf’s Up” editions, which takes cues from surf culture to apply wood and floral prints within the same silhouette, as well as the “Patchwork” colorways which combines bright green, red, and blue hues onto a tasteful plaid interior.
